We’ve helped hundreds of couples marry here, and the shape of the day is always the same: the ceremony in the Carriage House or on the lawn, drinks on the terrace while the light goes gold over the fairways, dinner in the Barrington or the Founders Room, and then the two of you in a Spa Suite with breakfast in the morning.

Your coordinator is with you from the first meeting to the last dance: the midweek rehearsal, the menu tasting for two, the seating plan and the run sheet. The kitchen is Executive Chef Praveen Leelavathy’s, and the wine list is mostly local drops.

In case you’re wondering

The Carriage House and each of the three lawn sites take up to 150 for the ceremony. The Barrington Room seats up to 90, or 200 cocktail style. The Founders Room seats up to 150, or 330 cocktail style. Minimums are 60 guests for the Barrington, 90 for the Founders, 50 for the Cocktail package and 35 adults for Share-the-Love.
Share-the-Love is $169 a head for 35 to 50 adults in the Barrington Room. The Cocktail package is $185 a head with four hours of canapés. The Château Élan package is $195 a head with a two-course alternate-drop dinner. Ceremony hire is $2,500, and every package takes $1,000 off it. A $4,000 surcharge applies on Sundays and public holidays. The 2026 Wedding Kit sets it all out.
Barely at all. Every outdoor ceremony spot has the Carriage House chapel as its wet-weather sanctuary, and the team starts watching the forecast closely about three days out.
Two beers, five wines, soft drinks and juices, mostly local drops, for five hours on the Château Élan package and four on the others. A bottle of white and one of red come straight to your table; after the cake cutting it shifts to bar service. Spirits can be added as a cash bar.
Monday to Saturday, midnight is last drinks under the liquor licence. Sunday weddings wrap at 10pm. If you’re dreaming of dancing until midnight, a Saturday is your move.
On the estate: twenty Spa Suites in the hotel, villa studios, and one and two bedroom apartments, with discounts on guest accommodation in every package. Guests staying on site can book buggy transfers through reception.
Of course. The preferred supplier list is people the team adores working with, not a locked door. Bring whoever you love; they just need to send through their public liability insurance ahead of time.
Yes, at the ceremony, with a designated pet sitter for the day and a short animal waiver. Pets can’t come into the function rooms or the accommodation.
